Six of the bedrooms have a TV and en-suite facilities. The living accommodation includes a kitchen with sitting area and woodburner, and a dining room to fit the whole party, as well as a well-equipped gym. Outside is ample off road parking, and a rear garden with furniture, a trampoline and BBQ. Rush House is an easy walk to the amenities of Shanklin, and the coast with its beaches is also within easy reach. Rush House makes an ideal family base for this lovely island.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 10 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture, trampoline, 2 canopies on decked area and gas BBQ. Hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 12 mins walk. Restaurants 1 mile. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: Owner can arrange a personal trainer if required. Note: The owner includes the cost of the return car ferry for up to three cars (up to 3m in length, max. 5 people), from Portsmouth or Lymington, for full weekly bookings commencing November - March inclusive. For bookings at other times in the year, the owner is able to offer a discount ferry rate - please contact owner direct. Note: The owner can provide a weekend package, perfect for hen weekends or special occasions, including car ferry for up to 3 cars, breakfast, evening meals and a range of activities including spa treatments and surf lessons.
